  • Set up and cancel meetings by telephone and/or email
  • Manage travel arrangements (countries and cities, schedules, types of transport, etc)
  • Welcome visitors to your office and make sure they feel looked after
  • Explain problems and apologize for any issues that may arise
  • Write up and send out meeting minutes that effectively summarize the meeting
  • Make and respond to requests in a polite and efficient way
